Your collaboration with the team is critical to thriving, as is your ability to frame solutions and to understand developer challenges.

Deliver Results: You will work in a blame-free outcome-driven environment. You will be committed to add value and will learn and grow at pace through delivering results.
Feel Ownership: You will care about the team and the outcomes. You are a team player that will help colleagues so that we meet our objectives as a team.
Insist on the Highest Standard: You will insist on high standards both within the product and elsewhere – we want what we do, and who we are as a company, to be open to challenge and improvement regardless of who raises the issue.
Are A Doer: You will have a bias for action because speed matters and we value informed action and quick feedback over endless consideration and slow progress.
